Naz Perez is a cultural conversationalist, quintessential millennial renaissance woman and Forbes Trailblazer who made her dream career a reality through hard work and tenacity. Naz is Latina, a Dominican-American who was named one of HOLA!'s Top 100 Latina Powerhouses of 2022. Among the many professional hats Naz wears, she is known for her work as a successful TV producer ABC's The Bachelor, TV host Live From E! Fandango, JCPenney), podcaster (I Don't Get It Podcast), and founder of Heart Broken Anonymous™.

Naz comes from the world of TV production and is a seasoned producer who launched her career with "The Ellen DeGeneres Show" and E! Network. She went on to produce seven seasons of ABC's #1 primetime series "The Bachelor Franchise", which includes "The Bachelor," "The Bachelorette," "Bachelor in Paradise," and Freeform's "Happily Ever After."

After seven seasons of producing reality TV, Naz shifted into her lifelong career goal of on-camera journalism and hosting, beginning with MLB's Los Angeles Dodgers as an in-stadium host from 2017–2021. During her tenure, the Dodgers went to the World Series three times.

Shortly after, Naz joined Fandango, where she hosted movie and television premiere junket interviews with A-list celebrities. In 2022, Naz launched and conducted exclusive 20 minute sit-down interviews for Fandango's show called "BIG TICKET" with the cast of The Batman (2 million+ views), and other major films like Bullet Train with Brad Pitt, and Black Adam with the Rock. Naz hosted the first ever exclusive interviews for the Barbie movie, as well as Dune Part 2. In addition to hosting with Fandango, Naz also hosted junkets and a series of TV shows for Rotten Tomatoes, home to the Tomatometer, the most trusted aggregator for movies and TV. Naz hosted several shows for RT including "Countdown," "More Like This," "Know Before You Go" and "The Ketchup," covering the latest and greatest in movies and TV for Editorial, Online, and The Rotten Tomatoes Channel on Peacock, Samsung TV and Roku. She also hosted their talk show "Couch Tomatoes."

Naz has also been the lead TV host + panelist for Live from E! Entertainment's red carpet coverage for all the major awards shows such as The Golden Globes, The SAG Awards, The Grammys, The Oscars, The E! People's Choices Awards, The Met Gala, The Billboard Music Awards and has completed live movie premiere coverage on broadcast television for the Fast & Furious and Jurassic World franchises. She most recently hosted the E! After Party show LIVE on E! for the 2026 Grammys + Academy Awards.

Naz is currently an official film critic in the Critics Choice Association. She is also a contributor on NBC's The Today Show. She frequently appears on the show and produces and hosts a segment called Weekend Watchlist recommending movies and shows for America to watch. She has also appeared on the 4th hour of TODAY hosting a segment she pitched + produced herself called "Do You Get It?" with Hoda Kotb + Jenna Bush Hager based on her popular podcast I Don't Get It.

Naz is also the frequent go-to influencer, creator, journalist and critic for red carpet live streams for big movie studios. She most recently hosted The John Wick Ballerina World Premiere in London for TikTok and Lionsgate.

She also is often hired to lead FYC conversations for critically-acclaimed shows, most recently hosting Apple TV+'s FYC for their show Dope Thief starring Brian Tyree Henry.

As a cultural conversationalist, Naz has curated 1–2 hour long interviews and conversations in front of sold-out audiences. Her most recent being at the 92NY with Severance break-out star Trammel Tillman.

In her free time Naz hosts her own screening event series called NAZFLIX where she puts on an event that shows a film or TV show to her own audience and is followed by an exclusive Q+A with someone from the film or show afterwards. She most recently did one for the film She Rides Shotgun + HIM.

In addition to her extensive LIVE experience, Naz works with various brands, studios and digital outlets including: McDonalds, Visa, Jeep, Genesis, Universal, T-Mobile, Hilton, ATTN and JCPenney.

Naz is the co-creator and former co-host of the wildly successful and highly relatable "I Don't Get It" podcast that ran for 8 years. Along with her co-hosts and friends Ashley and Lauren Iaconetti ("The Bachelor, The Real Housewives of Rhode Island"), Naz delved into a wide range of topics covering everything from dating and relationships to pop culture in addition to daily annoyances and things that they just don't "get," openly, honestly, and with no filter or shame. The podcast invited experts to join Naz, Ashley, and Lauren to explore various subcultures and dove into topics such as infertility and white fragility. Prominent guests included Jonathan Van Ness ("Queer Eye"), Author and Activist Robin DiAngelo, and Bachelor Nation royalty such as Kaitlyn Bristowe, Ben Higgins and Nick Viall.

Naz has also been an ambassador and host for one of America's largest retailers: JCPenney. She hosted the JCP LIVE HOLIDAY SPECTACULAR with The World-Famous Backstreet Boys. She also hosted a show called Get Ready With Me + JCP, where Naz got ready with, and interviewed founders and influencers with products all available for purchase at JCPenney Beauty.

In addition to Naz's hosting duties, Naz is a true empath whose background with the Bachelor, and fascination with human connection lead her to establish the virtual and in-person support group Heart Broken Anonymous™ (HBA), which offered anyone experiencing overwhelming distress, grief, loneliness and heartbreak a safe space to heal from life's challenges and remind themselves they're not alone — for 8 years. Heart Broken Anonymous was the only support group of its kind targeting ALL types of heartbreak (not just romantic) and was featured in The New York Times, on Good Morning America, Forbes, New York Post, The Doctors, a Nespresso commercial, and Oprah Daily.
